Resource Trails support

Email angus@alienit.com.au. Tell us the trail, the play mode, your device and what happened. You do not need an account or a player ID.

To attach details from the app, open Settings → Help & support → Export support details. The file holds the app version, trail, mode, game time and save-warning status only.

How do I play?

Tap a worksite to send a worker. A site with a + can start now. Workers walk the trail, do the job and carry the load home; supplies count when they arrive. Tap a blocked site to add it to your queue — it starts by itself when the route, supplies and a worker are free. Finish the mission steps to light the trail. Tap Hint if you are unsure what to do next.

What do the modes mean?

Relaxed has no clock and earns a leaf. Timed has a deadline; gold needs a near-perfect run. Expert starts with one less of each supply and has no deadline. Pause any time: the clock stops, and you can still line up your queue. Sandbox replays any trail with no deadline.

I think I am stuck

Tap Hint. If no route remains from your current supplies, cancel a job (you get its full cost back), wait for a camp or garden to produce, or tap Restart. Your finished trail records stay safe.

Moving to a new device

Progress is stored only on your device; there are no cloud saves. On the old device, open Settings → Export save and send the file to yourself. On the new device, open Settings → Import save and choose that file.

Does the game need the internet?

No. Resource Trails plays fully offline. It has no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
